This place is a great place to live quiet and peaceful and the manager Lori is amazing she’s on top of anything that you need to be fixed or handled
DONT DO IT! DO NOT MOVE HERE I've been here less than a week and I know I won't be renewing my lease. I don't have words for how poorly managed and frustratingly inept the staff is Update 9/15/25 This place is my living nightmare. I really didn't think it was possible for a place to be this bad. I just want the basics... water, electricity, consistency. I have had none.

"I've lived at Modern Quarters Apartments since June 2019, initially under a very attentive manager. However, after a change in ownership and several managers, I faced numerous negative experiences, including unfulfilled promises. Recently, Ebony has been a refreshing change. She represents the management with professionalism while genuinely caring for the residents. I thank GOD for the time that he's given me here it's been an experience I tell you in GOD'S NAME!!! but thanks for Ms. Ebony being here we are going to be able to get somethings DONE!!!
