My first service experience was ok. A month later I have another issue where my Cadillac isn’t drivable and they can’t look at my car for 16 days! So now I’m car less.. I asked the serviceman what am I supposed to do for 16 days his response, “if we have a cancellation we will call you.” I’m still waiting, no car! I have 7 more days until my appointment, no car still and trying to borrow family members cars, embarrassing and no way to work, remind you I have a car note.
