I had just completed 4 years lease before moving out to start a new adventure in a different country. What I can say about this place is management, maintenance, and ground keepers are all wonderful! On our stay we always feel safe and part of the community! Management always happy to help, maintenance always ready to fix our issues and ground keepers always keeping our community in perfect and nice conditions! If I were to still live in the area, I would highly consider Crest 850 again to be part of us!
Been over six years since we moved in. I love this apartment complex, the best I’ve stayed at since I started renting. The nearby shopping center is very convenient — I go to 7/11 frequently, I eat at the taco shop every tuesday, the dumpling restaurant is the best in North County without having to drive down to Convoy — and I can walk there. Their team is always accommodating, professional, and proactive when it comes to maintaining their fitness center. It’s great to see how much they value keeping their residents’ gym in top condition. Apartment washers get mold very quickly. They will shut off your water with very little notice. Heat in water will go out and they will fail to update you. Walls are paper thin. You will hear everything from above. Construction is constantly happening and your apartment will smell like a paint bucket. Management is lackadaisical and will never get to the root of your problem and also fail to email you back.
Crime rate has gone up a lot in this area, homelessness, the amount of things stolen from our doorstep and now our patio. People have broken through the gates at night and get rowdy in the back parking lot, my car has been hit and ran. The site unfortunately doesn’t have cameras or onsite security to stop the crime that’s been happening recently. It used to be a safe place to stay, unfortunately not anymore. Hope they fix this.
