Sam was awesome! Cressy techs are always industry pros. I've owned/managed large multi-family properties so I usually do most work myself...except garage doors. Totally worth it, and safer, to bring in an expert.
We have installed a new garage door with a new motor and rails, and everything so far seems to be good. Price was slightly higher than a competitor on the same door but service and install were very good.
Quickly understood my issue, quickly fixed my issue, did not try to up charge me for things i do not need. Came to my house early and solved the problem fast, also did a little extra that wasn't on the agenda. Thank you.
