Quick and efficient!!! Cressy was recommended by a friend of ours and they did not disappoint. The customer service Cressy provided was phenomenal. The young woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful in getting someone out to our home in a timely manner. Sam, the technician, went above and beyond, and did a wonderful job fixing our garage door. I’m so grateful we can get into our garage again. We will definitely be recommending this company to others. Thank you!
First, the job was not completed because the replacement window was too big. Don the technician is NOT at fault here. So I commend him for his wonderful service to this point. I hope he does return to finish the job as he is exceptional.
Installers were here on time, got to work right away, and had the door installed in 4hrs (half our expected time). Both were friendly and seemed to work well together. They cleaned up scraps with no refuse left in garage or in driveway. Best of all the door works very well and looks great!
