As one of the first residents of Cresswind Charlotte, our experience was horrible at best. The fit-&-finish of the home was the worse we ever saw (we've owned 6 homes, all new construction). We documented our experiences here: www.KolterCresswindCharlotte.com The Community Center is far too small for a 900 home development and is riddled with problems, especially the indoor pool and hot tub.
