I went to Cresskill recently and the place is terrible. There is some death row female working in the front with a nasty attitude. There was another lady in the front with glasses who seemed to be on drugs because she didn't know anything. The only lady who was sweet was a blonde lady who was in the front as well. I went inside to inquire about services here and let's just say, this place is not a great fit for any pet to be seen. It was around noon so there was food orders all over the receptionist's desks. It's not the same since Dr. Jamie left. No consistency. Different doctors each time. And they don't know you or your dog. New help at reception - and they don't acknowledge you when you come in. Sad sad sad.
We have been going here for years and love them. Our new dog Max loves them too

From the receptionists to the techs and doctors everyone is loving caring and compassionate professional and go above and beyond for your furbabies. They take the time and explain the best treatment options for your babies and will never do unnecessary treatments to nickel and dime you out of money and will work with you on a payment plan to best fit your needs. I have been coming here with my dogs and cats for more years than I care to admit. It was wonderful to see Dr. Ashley again for Lancelot's checkup today, and also meeting Dr. Merz for the first time with Sketch. Always professional and caring with my animals❤️

14 years 2 dogs and nothing but trying to take my money!!! I am officially done as of today!!! Went to Bergenfield animal hospital!!! True professionals and half the price and more love and respect!!! Leave here if you go and if you haven't don't start!!! Truly unprofessional and money hungry!!!
