We used this company a few years ago and I certainly don't remember being shocked with their rates. Today we called them to do a job that would probably take2 hours, 2 1/2 at the most.. They wouldn't give a price or estimate over the phone, insisted they would send someone out but didn't say they charged a fee to quote a job. When the guy told me they wanted $850 for this job I couldn't believe it. It was a clean job and all the parts were on the site to complete. I had issues in my bathroom as well as my well. They called me back right away, came out the very next day and fixed the problems I was having. I am very satisfied with this company and I would refer them for plumbing problems to any of my family and friends!

The person who answers the phone is very un organized........ When I called them I told them there was a leak under my house........... Man came out said he wont go under house unless i called someone to clean up the leak...................... If i would have known this man doesnt do professional plumbing work i wouldnt have called them what a waste of my time ................ I found a good company after i wasted my day with them............. are they with bbb ? I wonder how many complaints cress has

this place's prices are to high and they change once they start the job, please be aware of contacting this company for service.
