He is a great Doctor but the ladies in charged of setting and follow up with insurance and send the info to the procedure facility are worthless . Dr. Crespo and Rosario should fire them, they are DAMAGING your reputation
Dr. Crespo and his staff were welcoming, professional and very helpful.
I was a patient of his for a long time but it was always so difficult to get anyone to pick up the phone. The phone always clicked and hung up, just rang no answer or busy signal. I discussed with office when I was able to get through it was acknowledged as a known problem and shrugged off. When I was able to get an appt the wait time was usually a couple hrs for a 5 min appt. This has been a life changer for me, Dr Crespo gives you all the tools to succeed in the process and Blanca helps you to keep in track. Very professional and really help you to reach your goal. I totally recommend it. I went from 240 pound obesity to normal weight 167. If you are ready to improve yourself this is the place to go to.
Dr Crespo was very attentive although but late - i guess it's a new norm in FL - . But what made me give 5 stars is his Nurse Angela, she went above and beyond to make sure I have every single options available for pre-op and the colonoscopy. Thank you
I love Dr. Crespo he is very kind and patient. He explains everything so well. His staff is great, once you are in the office, on the phone not so much. I will not judge, we are all busy and under staffed. I had a medical emergency and he was the gastro doctor on call at the hospital. I liked him so much I changed gastro doctors.
I could not even get in the door. I called to set an appt with Dr. Crespo based on a recommendation. I wanted another opinion from a professional in the Gastroenterology field. I had all the records from my current Gastroenterologist and Surgeon. I was informed that Dr. Crespo does not deal in second opinions.
Dr. Always on time. Polite, caring listens well. Machines or those that answer phones need Some help though. Long hold times no ability to leave a messages.
Dr. Crespo was referred to me by my primary care physician. I have been under his care around 10 years. He listens, explains in words easy to understand, answers questions, excellent bedside manners, speaks Spanish. Cares about gastro issues and will refer to another specialist (non gastro) if need be. Dr. Crespo is definitely a 5 star doctor.
