Builder put lot of cheap stuff as in what they call as a Tech package. Put a cheap 720P camera who would in todays day and age ? The security lock they put is also from a inferior company and, not so user frirendly like Lennar's. Plus all the finishing they did at Mills station looks a bit cheap and hastily done. Idiot builder focusses on getting in Bulk and max his profit margins !
Great builder. Beautiful models. Very good value. Knowledgable agent and lenders available to speak with.
