I recently had an accident and my vehicle was totaled. I have Auto Owners insurance through Creswell Agency and my claim was handled quickly and efficiently with no hassles. In fact, I called Terry from the accident site and he took care of me right away! I highly recommend the folks at Creswell for all of your insurance needs.
Terry is great. We have had two different occasions were rocks have flown up and busted our windshield while traveling. Within minutes of contacting Terry we knew exactly what to do to have it taken care of as soon as we got home. How many people can say their insurance agent has called them after a hail storm has went through first to make sure you are ok and second to make sure there was no damage. I can!!! I highly recommend!
After a recent car accident in Nashville I contacted Terry to let him know and after checking that we were ok offered to come to pick us up.Now that sure goes above and beyond the normal call of duty.I called him the next day with the details and he notified Auto Owners Insurance to start the claim.They had an adjuster look at the car in Nashville and I settled on Trimmer's in Milan to fix the car.
