This complex and its management seem more focused on begging residents for reviews than addressing the long list of maintenance requests that remain unchecked. Instead of actually maintaining the property or taking a serious look at the conditions we’re expected to pay for. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so here’s 10 billion - see additional photos also taken and posted within the past 24 hrs. :)
Maintenance has always been super kind and responded fast whenever I had any issues, really enjoy the environment here!

Please beware of the lipstick on this pig. I’ve been here 3 years and every year has been a rapid decline of maintenance as well as the frequency of turnover in office management and leasing staff. Rent continues to increase and quality and safety declines.
I recognize the significance of giving something a five star review, and I do think that you can give something a good review but still present a nuanced view of them. I’ve lived at Crescent Pointe for the past 3 years and intend to live here for the next two years.
