Staff seem bothered by interruptions from their phones, talking to each other or someone at the door when they are taking a nap. Seriously! Twice!! Freaking mosquitoes are a big problem but no one seems to care. Moving out soon before I get West Nile virus ..
UPDATE: The pool is fixed - just in time for November! Bad news is that it’s fall and has leaves + the idiots are still throwing things in it for shits and gigs ~ Pun intended. New light installation: This is a very nice improvement. So grateful for security lighting outside in these dark breezeways. And true to CP standards - our friends in maintenance left broken glass, screws and metal all outside everyone’s doors. This complex and its management seem more focused on begging residents for reviews than addressing the long list of maintenance requests that remain unchecked. Instead of actually maintaining the property or taking a serious look at the conditions we’re expected to pay for. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so here’s 10 billion - see additional photos also taken and posted within the past 24 hrs. :)
Maintenance has always been super kind and responded fast whenever I had any issues, really enjoy the environment here!
