I’ve been a resident here for over a year now, and Crescent Pointe is such an affordable and quiet option! I wish I could rate it higher, but I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my hot water heater for over a month now. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, visiting the office a few times, and sending several emails, the issue remains unresolved, I’m still experiencing limited to no hot water. Terrible place to live you'll get noise complaints when you not home. When you move in your appointment will be dirty. Ac units hardly work. They will forget to give you a key to the pool and try to make you pay for a new one. Front gates always broken. Management does nothing to try and solve any problem or concerns. Rent goes up every 3-5 months. Maintenance was wonderful thoe. But I'll say, your money is best spent at another property. If i could give zero stars i would! I have loved living here. The place is always kept tidy, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and this complex is always quiet.
