most of the reviews about “good friendly staff” are over a year old. staff here is UNFRIENDLY and RUDE and literally do not care their residents.
terrible place to live with untended trash (trash bags are thrown outside the stairwells), beeping sounds/noises coming from fire riser room that haven’t been resolved for days. dirty carpet floorings with millions of dog furs - when asked to clean the carpet, they said they already used professional cleaning service yet tell me why there are still dog furs in my vacuum after 7 months of living here. by the way, there are also dog furs in the washer and dryer unit - my clothes still have dog furs stuck on them. worst thing h... read more
I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels welcoming. Management is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is also very convenient. Overall, it has been a comfortable and positive location for me.
Staff seem bothered by interruptions from their phones, talking to each other or someone at the door when they are taking a nap. Seriously! Twice!! Freaking mosquitoes are a big problem but no one seems to care. Moving out soon before I get West Nile virus ..
UPDATE: The pool is fixed - just in time for November! Bad news is that it’s fall and has leaves + the idiots are still throwing things in it for shits and gigs ~ Pun intended. New light installation: This is a very nice improvement. So grateful for security lighting outside in these dark breezeways. And true to CP standards - our friends in maintenance left broken glass, screws and metal all outside everyone’s doors.
