Went to see about leasing with them. Was shown a nice apartment filled out the application and paid the fee... Knowing I'm on disability and assistance for housing ... Get a email saying I am approved... meanwhile they tell me at the office they still had to check stuff. Got a email with a lease agreement to sign... But was told to disregard it because I had to go through some guarantor company or something..did that and now I am not approved at all denied. Don't seem fair to build up hopes of anyone let alone people looking... read more

I love living here, very little to complain about. Staff and management are incredibly friendly and handle all issues promptly and efficiently.
Beautiful property with a good/attentive management. The location is excellent, especially with schools nearby. The apartments are very nice, very spacious and it feels like you're getting great bang for your buck. Overall, a great place to live.
