My experience with Keri Denham and DR Horton was excellent! She is the best! She went above and beyond for us. Phil and Tony are amazing to work with and answer any and all questions. They are above board and honest people that I would buy from again. To anyone who would give them a bad review, maybe you didn’t think things through, and to the lady fussing about a train—-really? You can see the tracks, how did you Not know there was a train. And it’s not bad at all. Love this crew they are exceptional!!
I have serious concerns regarding the transparency of the transaction involving Keri Denham and DR Horton. Despite my direct inquiries regarding noise levels, specific information that I consider material ( a night train ) was not shared with me prior to the sale. I believe the withholding of these facts, especially after a direct request for information, did not align with the ethical standards expected in this profession and has resulted in significant financial and emotional strain for my family.
