I have enjoyed a couple visits to the ice cream shop after doing programs at nearby schools. But my family mainly values Crescent Ridge for the weekly deliveries of dairy and other products! We like to support local, organic agriculture and Crescent Ridge allows us to do so a bit more each year. To who it may concern . You have a very rude employee named Felica we have been a customer for years and have never been been treated like we where today. We came in for an oreo long jimmies and some ice cream and whipped cream. She could not even be bothered to bag my purchases. She was to stressed out and had to walk away to the window and be on her cell phone. One of your other employees had to come over and bag it and she said she couldn't be bothered.
