I've known Becky for over 10 years so when she said she'd help me with my first rental property I was very relieved and grateful. She's extremely responsive to the tenants when repair needs arise, manages all of the routine property maintenance, handles tenant screenings, etc. She treats the house as if it is her own and has a wonderful rapport with the tenants.
