This property management company is a total scam and needs to be reported immediately! Old dirty buildings, stealing of tenants rent money and posting false charges on tenants accounts. New property managers every couple of months, no one ever answers the phone, tenants trash stored in basements with rodents running around and the list goes on. There are so many problems with this apartment complex! 1. No one answers the phone. 2. The apartments need updating. 3. The property manager and general manager will not tell you who own the property so that you can complain about them. 4. Someone who works there stole my rent money. 5. The general manager blames the previous (fired) property manager. I think she did it. 6. Service requests go unfilled for weeks. 7. My apartment was not clean when I was due to move in. 8. Under NEW MANAGEMENT!! Awesome new office, great new laundry facilities w/app pay which makes it easy to pay for loads. I love that I’m so close to everything. Shops, cinema, diners, cafe, CO-OP!! It’s a great place to live.
