Well, I can't speak for everyone's apartment, but my apartment is nice mice.and Roaches free I been here going on 3 years and I love my apartment
I would never recommend this complex to anyone. They are non shalant when it comes to issues in your apartment. Maintenance only puts a bandage over the issues never actually fix the issues. God forbid you have upstairs neighbors like the ones here. I work early mornings and they are up all hours of the morning making noise. Went to the office several times about this issue didn't get resolved. So for anyone looking for somewhere to live please don't go there. I lived at Crescent Point for four years, and unfortunately my experience with management and maintenance was consistently disappointing and unprofessional. When I first signed my lease, I was shown a model apartment and assured that my actual unit would be in similar condition and fully move-in ready.
