This place is not a luxury apartment. I left the apartment better than I received it. They still stole my deposit. You cannot complain to the senior management about how horrible the staff and apartments are! The office staff will not give you the number to senior management and there is no number or address online! Do not move there! You have been warned! I am talking about Crescent Pointe in Greenbelt Maryland.
THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!! MAINTENANCE IS TRASH AND THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD AND THEY SHOW ME TIME AND TIME AGAIN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US AS RESIDENTS. REPAIRS NOT BEING MADE, CARPET SOAKED, OVERGROWTH OUT BACK SO I CANT EVEN GO OUT MY BACK DOOR FOR MY CHILD TO PLAY. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IT IS DISGUSTING!!!!! I am a current tenant of crescent pointe apartments and their management IS HORRIBLE I've been here 90 days and had to put in over 2 dozen work orders for repair, it took them 3 months to put a door on my mailbox and when I went to the office to address an issue management pretty much made me feel like me and my special needs daughter don't matter. Nice infested apartment,everything in my apartment is falling apart. The noise from upstairs is horrible u can not sleep in till the people upstairs go to sleep days and nights any time they make that noise sans o move in I been complaining about it the office people don’t say nothing about it I’m tired about that cuz I work early in the morning I never sleep good 😒
