I was also impressed that the team in the warehouse had my purchase ready by the time that I walked the 50 steps next door. This seems like a very professional organization, and I will definitely consider them the next time that I need plumbing supplies.
Carter, our go-to design consultant, is an expert in all product lines, from the inside out. Her laid-back demeanor is refreshing, and her product knowledge is truly impressive. She had visions that we couldn’t have imagined on our own. We went home with a vanity that she recommended and it coordinates perfectly with our decor. For many years, we have done business with Crescent Plumbing & The Kohler Signature Store. They always have “their act together”. Crescent’s team is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Currently, we are remodeling a small bathroom. We are working with Annie, who has made the buying experience easier.
