Dentist and techs were also great for my visit. I to was treated poorly by the receptionist. in fact she gave me an 8 am appointment and told me I could get up like a normal person. I get up at 6am and work 2 jobs ?? This clinic has a large number of patients on medical assistance, obviously she has an attitude. She also told me to be 15 min early, I returned for my appt 20 min early and NO one was there yet. She came in at 8 and I sat until she was ready for 15 min

The dentist and his technicians were great, however the receptionist was rude, snarky, and treated me poorly BOTH times I visited there and also when I spoke with her on phone. I'm seriously considering not going back there and its a shame because all were great but her.

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Was this staff friendly? Yes
