I don’t often write reviews — but I HAD to for Crescent as someone who was extremely nervous about my wisdom tooth removal and found much comfort in the reviews. I had 4x wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rittenburg. I felt so much more relaxed after meeting Dr. R in the consultation. When I went in for the surgery the nurses were so kind as I explained my anxieties. I had 27 teeth removed. In Humber River hospital by Dr.Mousavifar. He and the team at Crescent Oral Surgery took incredible care of me. Chantale Boutin was the person who stayed in contact with me and calmed me down for a week and she was also incredibly helpful and put up with a lot of terror from someone who has been to the dentist 3 times in 30 years.. Late but well deserved review. I am in my 50's and went in for a simple non-impacted wisdom tooth extraction during Covid. Dr. Eddie Reinish was fantastic, very polite, kind, compassionate , friendly, empathic and an extremely skilled surgeon. He even asked me if I was anxious and wanted to come back another time before beginning the extraction. I was worried that due to my age I may have complications. Had tooth extracted and was very impressed with the staff and my surgeon. Called it like it was straight forward and gave all the options. Took less the 15 min. 1 stich and no pain after. Very clean and well staffed operation. Wait time was minimal. Very happy was referred here.
