Rude management (Donna), she talks to you as if you’re a VIP during the application process and treats you with horrible, nasty attitude once you’ve become a resident. Everyone else though, is alright. BLACK MOLD grew in my unit and they didn’t give a flying ******* about it. I called multiple times to report and no one cared enough to come by and check. Pest infestation is real. 1st floor units are swamped with millipedes (they are literally EVERYWHERE), roaches and spiders. Their pest control service is completely useless.... read more

Between the recent security issues, paper thin walls, and smokers living above us who we have reported MULTIPLE times with minimal action being taken (this is a "smoke free" property) I can't wait until our lease ends. There were 10 separate criminal incidents this week alone in the parking garage starting on Tuesday night (4/10), and after an email on Friday afternoon from management claiming action would be taken, we get home last night to over half the lights in the garage being out. I’m SO SO SO happy that this will be my home next month! It’s such a beautiful & clean complex and hands down the friendliest! Ask for Shai, she has been with me since the moment I walked in to view the complex/unit to getting approved to move in! She was so nice, helpful and touch based with me and my millions of questions every chance she could! Everyone in the office is super friendly as well if Shai wasn’t in to answer! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!!!
