I have been bringing my son here for 2 years now. The care was ok, nothing extraordinary, but my son just needs to see a neurologist for maintenance purposes. The reason why I have decided to leave is because they have become very transactional. God forbid life happens and you re-schedule weeks in advanced, it won’t matter, that still counts towards the 3 strikes they give you before they discharge you from their care. Always a pleasure. Everyone is so friendly and efficient.
Dr. and staff were very kind but after 2 appointments and significant expense (consult and procedure) they were not able to get a full brain scan, and thus not able to get the analysis we paid for. Finally went with another provider who was able to diagnose quickly.
Dr. Quraishi is truly one of the most caring, compassionate, and understanding physicians you’ll ever meet. She’s been a steady presence in our lives since my son was 7 years old and he’s 20 now. What sets her apart is that she doesn’t just prescribe medication; she genuinely listens, offers support, and treats her patients with empathy and respect.
