I lived in crescent landing 9 years, i can say honestly that the landlord was the best landlord I ever had. She's caring thoughtful, understanding She loves people. If you didn't know you would think she lives out there, too the way to go above and beyond to make you feel safe and welcomed.
I live in a completely separate unit in Charleston, SC, and weirdly got a call from Erin in the Crescent Landing office, telling me that their parent company was only going to accept my rent checks until the end of my lease when I found a 'more comfortable place to live'. I thought that was weird and nefarious, given that I've lived at my unit for six (6) plus years and have zero ties to Erin or this property in *checks map* Greenville? I have been reading a lot of these reviews and most of them are bull. I have lived here for 4 years with very few issues. Erin and Dawn in the office are alwsys friendly and respectful. Maintenance is timely and respectful as well. Prperty is well maintained. My issues have been...not enough cameras as someone tries to break in cars every so often. A lot of the kids here aren't supervised well and are rude and kind of wild. And there's a roach issue. Maintenance has bug guys come every month or two, not completely sure as I... read more
This is a great place to live. It is a safe & peaceful apartment complex with absolutely beautiful landscaping. The management in the office, Erin & Dawn, and the maintenance team out here is always very friendly, professional, and helpful. Any issue I've ever had with my apartment was always quickly addressed, and resolved. I've lived here for almost 2yrs now, and if I had to do it all over again (find a place to stay) I would still choose to live in Crescent Landing. The apartments are very nice, quite, lawn is always kept nice, garbage cans are never at capacity, trash truck comes often to empty. Put in a maintenance request, and you will be taken care of within 24 hours. Everyone mind their business, tenants don't hangout in the streets . Erin, Dawn, and the maintenance staff are very Professional and Nice! You can't believe most negative reviews, bc those are the ones with the issues. Move here and you will not be disappointed
