Most of my experience has been with Kim who is really great at what she does! Takes her time, has a great touch, is very thorough and shows real concern in taking care of her patients. Also worked with Mary Ann upfront who is super sweet and helpful. Dr. Moe has a good persona, just haven't needed his services yet. Overall great experiences and keeps me coming back.
Kim was excellent and was extremely friendly, took the time to explain what she was looking at and how she evaluated it. The cleaning done by Kim was perfect! Doctor evaluation was also good with helpful advice. One part of feedback is the cleanliness of the dental treatment areas. Little specks of stuff on the counters, floors have not been cleaned recently.
I have good news and bad news. I've become painfully aware of the neglect, I experienced at my last dentist. By coming to Crescent Lake Dental care. Having those problems explained to me, that we're never brought to my attention. I'm incredibly embarrassed for not paying closer attention. To what I consider neglect. The good news. Crescent Lake dental care is able to make those corrections.
Honestly, a great place for care. Everyone is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is no judgement and you can feel that they are there for you and they want to help. I trust them completely.
I feel very comfortable at this dentist office. The staff is all genuinely friendly and they answer all of my questions. I also really like the fact that they give you the price before they even book your appointment for it, makes it easy to keep track. I would recommend this place to anyone 🙂
