Kayak arrived damaged. I was in talks with the owner and operation manager for month's. They continue to ignore me and never sent a refund or replacement. This isn't just a plug you can order, this plug has to be welded to the kayak. Shady company with poor values.
Thank you to Crescent Kayaks Customer Service for sending a replacement strap for the front of my 2023 Shoalie at charge! My strap disappeared while moving from Tallahassee to North Georgia and I only wanted to purchase the strap and not the entire kit. Customer service simply asked for my address and it was here two days later. I offered to purchase it but I guess no was the answer! Thanks for making a great kayak along with fantastic customer support.
Our Crescent Crew has exceeded our expectations. It tracks considerably better than any other kayak we've had. The flat deck is perfect for our dog! Their customer service is second to none. You deal with real people who actually care and that's worth it's weight in gold these days. Highly recommend Crescent Kayaks!
My wife and I bought 2 Shoalies a month after they came out. We switched from Bonafide to Crescent cause we like how the Shoalies were laid out and the look of them. Less the a month of having them the pads on both started to peel up. They did replace them. Then shortly after we started to get humps in the decks of both of them. Our kayaks are garage kept on a triton kayak trailer. Back in oct/nov 2023 they said it will be covered under warranty.
