Friendly nurses.. .. all the staff is friendly and caring
I am going to be completely honest. I have been trying not to leave a review since I started going here a year ago. I stayed here because it was recommended by my other doctor, and I don't have issues with the doctor here. My issue is with the front desk lady Lorna and the people that answer the phone. I can never get through. I am always told to leave a message with Lorna and she sometimes takes days to call back. I have used Cresent Infectious Disease several times in the past for a very stubborn wound that is resistant to just normal wound care in my home town. The 30+ mile drive nets the results I need and I get the absolute best service. The staff and Dr. Ashfaq do an amazing job. Lorna who assisted Dr Ashfaq on my visit yesterday was terrific. See redressed my wound after the doctor saw my wound. She work with me on how to cover my wound on my ankle and still be able to get my shoe back on. I came in feeling like I was starring in a medical mystery show. The team at this ID clinic solved the case faster than Netflix cancels a series. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and somehow made talking about bacteria enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend… but hopefully won’t need to come back! Excellent work Sarah!!
