The experience with this hospice company was okay overall, but there were definitely areas that could have been improved. Some staff members were kind, compassionate, and truly cared about making difficult moments a little easier for our family. However, communication was inconsistent at times, and there were moments where follow-up or responsiveness could have been better. Although our experiences with the staff at Crescent Hospice are brief we couldn’t be more pleased with them. They met with us immediately after our initial contact and moved very quickly to make sure mom was well cared for. We highly recommend them.
Having never experienced hospice myself from any perspective, I did not really know what to expect. They took care of my mother when the time was right. They communicated extremely well, they were compassionate, and they did everything that they said they were going to do so nothing but praise for the team
Amazing team of Clinicians, caring, compassionate and heaven sent!!
I thought hospice was supposed to help make the patient comfortable and be understanding and kind to the family. Well….the nurse we had we none of the above. She should be ashamed. There are other options in the area. Maybe count these people out.
