Crescent Heights, watch out Moving here from San Diego, I was looking for a nice place to live. I went thru an apartment locator and found "Crescent Heights Luxury Apartments". I am self-employed, they required I pay SIX months rent in advance...and it is very high priced at that! I paid and moved in. The management promised a hot tub was being installed, but instead placed a tot lot under my bedroom window. Parking is silly, a full city block from your apartment. A management associate solicited a large loan from me after s... read more
Great Place To Live Great Experience!!!! I have been a resident for almost 3 years. I have no complaints. They have treated my family and I like there family. The management are wonderful. Vanessa and the Team at Cresant Heights work very hard for you and always go that extra mile for you. You can always count on them. Cresent Heights has always been home for us. We have been in other apartments and never had the experience we have with them. They are fantastic. I give them a #10. The Apartment maintenance is incredible as w... read more
Crescent Heights Apartments I looked all over Murrieta for a place to rent temporarily while I finished school. I wanted it to be in a nice area and be clean and well maintained. And I was willing to pay a higher price for this, because I thought it would be worth it. After many visits to these apartments, I found them to be the nicest and they had what I needed for myself and my two kids. HOWEVER, now that I am here it is obvious that children are not welcome! Knowledge is power I love it !!!! I've lived here for four months now and I can see what some people mean about the issue with kids but seriously u shouldn't let ur precious angels play in the shrubs or the parking lot. It'd probably be a good idea if u kept an eye out for them. The staff does a great job of keeping the community clean and pretty. It's true they won't let u turn ur kids loose on the community. It seems like that person wanted the son outta their hair but didn't wanna take responsiblity for his actions. I gue... read more
