Do anything to avoid using this organization. The office has NO idea how to deal with insurance issues and when there are questions, Yesenia is your contact. She is very uninformed and RUDE. There are plenty of other opinions, please find one
I was under home health care for about two months during the first trimester of my pregnancy due to hyperemesis gravidarum. My nurse was sweet and wonderful, but the company will not give us the refund they owe us. Until the claims were accepted and processed by our insurance company, we had to pay up front for services.
