Terrible! Don't waste your time. Scheduled an appointment for a chiropractic adjustment. All the doctor was interested in was running a bunch of unnecessary tests so he can bill my insurance. When I stated I was in pain and needed an adjustment, he stated he needs to investigate further.
Your reviews sound great. Web site really made me want to see Dr. Russell. Person answering phone was nice. But no one could tell me if you take med pay or when I could get an appointment. Called twice today. 🤷♀️

The staff is amazing and they really do care about your recovery. Highly recommend this place. Very professional as well.
This company was very nice worked with my crazy work schedule. Even when I was late at times they still fit me in to make sure I got the best care. Dr Russel Ho Lem and his workers were the best. I would recommend him and is workers to anyone that needs the best care. Thank you again for all you do and being hope to my crazy schedule.
