My nurse, Sheri visits every 6 months for my Ocrevus infusion. She is the sweetest nurse I have met. She is professional and caring. She and Option RX have been stupendous. I am very happy to receive my MS infusions in the comfort of my home.
I also know this as Option Care, and they have been fabulous! Deliveries have been timely and friendly. Customer service, though, has been absolutely amazing. We have been working with Colleen and we have been extremely fortunate. She worked out a problem that our home health nursing care fumbled, and my wife ended up getting the care she needed because Colleen checked with the pharmacists there and directed us to immediate help. I have known it as Option Care. Maybe same thing, just a new Co name? Either way, I have been to this facility 3 times now for an infusion. It is the easiest, friendliest, and most private center I have ever gone to in Gainesville. I have had the same nurse each time. Nicole is amazing! Everything from medical ability to bedside manner is above par. (Last time I didn't even feel a poke! She is that good!) I would recommend this group to anyone.
