Christin is not just an excellent nurse but is highly supportive, very friendly and dedicated to the best in patient care. She is honest and patient dedicated, representing the better aspects of health care. If all customer service reps could be like her, every company would highly benefit.
My nurse, Sheri visits every 6 months for my Ocrevus infusion. She is the sweetest nurse I have met. She is professional and caring. She and Option RX have been stupendous. I am very happy to receive my MS infusions in the comfort of my home.
I also know this as Option Care, and they have been fabulous! Deliveries have been timely and friendly. Customer service, though, has been absolutely amazing. We have been working with Colleen and we have been extremely fortunate. She worked out a problem that our home health nursing care fumbled, and my wife ended up getting the care she needed because Colleen checked with the pharmacists there and directed us to immediate help.
