I've never been more disappointed in dealing with a healthcare company. My doctor sent a referral for home infusion almost a month ago for three days of home infusion on specific dates. They called me and accepted my payment and subsequently failed to put me on the schedule. I found this out two days prior to the start date. So blessed to have Option Care and my nurse Samatha. She is very caring, and you can tell she enjoys her work! I called her on Sunday because I picked up a virus, she was so kind and understanding, and did not mind me calling on Sunday.
