Horrible for scheduling and patient experience, won't honor originally scheduled appointment time when they mistakenly schedule you for the wrong date several weeks off of the confirmation they gave you

Terribly disorganised, multiple calls causing confusion and concern about my HIPPA privacy. Finally, as a safety protocol had been overlooked I was send home with the medication for infusion at home but find there has been internal confusion and I was supposed to return to the infusion clinic! I’ve contacted my ordering MD for an alternative solution- to simply have an injection!
