We used Crescent warehouse district Baronne in our new home a few months ago. I wish I hadn’t. It looks ok when it’s perfectly clean, but it’s very porous, so it’s difficult to clean and to keep clean. Every grain of dust or flour shows up and it takes a lot of muscle to clean it, especially compared to wood coated with polyurethane. Anything sticky is a nightmare to clean. Worst decision we made in building our home.
I have installed 24 boxes and not one piece was damaged. I put a piece in a glass of water for 24 hours, just to see what would happen, the piece absorbed very little water. Grape cool aid got spilled under the fridge, I don't know how long it was there, I thought it might have stained my floor, nope it came right up. I am impressed. Love my flooring!!!!

Beautiful Hardwood Flooring
I enjoyed going, seeing new products, and meeting company reps that listened to the installers that actually use thier products. I didn't like reps having special prices good only for that day. Crescent wasn't selling products that day, and I totally get that and why. But don't dangle a carrot that the mule can't have. If I can't buy it that day, don't have special offers only good for that day. I do look forward to future Crescent Hardwood seminars. It's a great time with good ppl.
