Purchased an engagement ring at the McAllister location. The lady was helpful in picking out a ring but that is where the good part stops and the bad starts. The ring I picked just "happened" to be in the wrong spot so was $220 more than advertised. Then when selling the warranty plans I was sold the plan as it covered "all resizing" with no mentioned limits. Upon going back to have it resized I was told the plan only covers sizing up or down by 2. The store only carries size 7 with no possibility of buying a larger or small... read more
