Sent my ring away to have the claws fixed and they epically failed i got my ring back cleaned for 100 bucks and I could have done that at home I went since to Spicer Cole where they informed me I should demand my money back but its past the 30 days they are not jewellers dont go there for any type of repairs my ring needs about 400-500 worth of work still done to it and im out the 100 for them doing absolutely nothing as there is barely any claws left to my ring

Always excellent service. I bring my Omega watches to Matt at Crescent for service. Last service on my wife’s watch ended up not being effective after a couple months of wear. No worries though. Brought it back to Matt and he sent it back to Omega where they did a complete service and brought the watch back into spec. If you need your watch serviced go see Matt!

I wanted to take advantage of the online Black Friday sales, but wanted my ring finger sized in-store. When the salesperson found out what kind of ring I was shopping for (even though I said right away the purchase would be made online), they kept showing me items from the case and having me try those on--not once did they take out the ring sizers. I have gone to Crescent Gold Diamonds in the Regent Mall twice now regarding issues with jewellery repair and the staff have been AMAZING each time. They even helped me with my son’s MedicAlert bracelet (which aren’t available at jewelry stores) at no cost just to make sure that he wasn’t without that important piece of protection. Highly recommend this business.
