Worst jewelry store experience ever. Crescent Jewelry at Avalon Mall completely failed to deliver what they promised. We paid extra for an exchange option, but when I needed a different size, they wasted over 10 weeks of my time. In the end, they gave me back the exact same ring size as the original, pretending it was a new order. This is dishonest and shows zero professionalism. Their after-sales service is terrible, and I would strongly advise people to stay away from this store.
