ROACH INFESTATION. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived in 6030 for a whole year— with a cockroach infestation. I reported this multiple times with written notice, and there was no pest control sent. Lucas is a wonderful employee, and I don’t blame him: he came and “sprayed” the apartment. But it did nothing— because the roaches are IN the walls. These pictures were taken from NEW traps (placed in late July). Crescent drive apartments has some buildings that are worth their price, but most aren’t. Just 100 coats of paint on an old drafty building with no ventilation, constantly broken laundry and elevator, totally insecure entrance where your packages will always get stolen, and the audacity to charge hundreds more over the years for an objectively deteriorating apartment

Clean, warm, 6-story building with large, bright apartments. It has been recently renovated. The building is not near a busy road, so it is always quiet and calm, there is no loud noise outside the window. Parcels and letters are always delivered, never got lost. Good and friendly staff, as well as an excellent manager you can trust (or a supervisor, I don't know exactly, his name is Victor). He helped us a lot. I would put one star but the maintenance staff is friendly and responds fairly quickly. I lived at 1025 W hollywood and immediately noticed a bad roach infestation the day I moved in. I’ve talked to a several tenants and they all had infestations, different severities. Management claims they have an exterminator, it is only the one maintenance guy that comes and sprays a pesticide that doesn’t do much. Walls are thin, and you can hear everything. 1025 W Hollywood avenue has an active cockroach infestation. Beware before renting there. I was naive and didn't ask before moving in and don't want any other people unaware.
