I purchased what I thought to be a real diamond ring (princess crown design) but the stones are fake. I bought this ring for over $400 but when I explained to them how I was played by their employee they didn’t offer any kind of resolution because I did not have a receipt. I showed them an official bank statement with their business name, address, etc., but it was not enough. This is very distasteful and I’m extremely unsatisfied with their services!!
