I have had a wonderful experience in this clinic with Dr. Waleed and all the staff. I’m indeed grateful to them.
I had a great experience at Crescent dental. The reception and staff are very welcoming and supportive. Dr.Lubna is very thorough and pays attention to detail, she did a wonderful job guiding me throughout my procedures. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.
If i could give 0 star to this clinic I would because of one receptionist. The receptionsit tried to rip patients try to trap them with appointment then make huge bills despite insurance coverage. 1st she says its all covered under ur insurance then try to trick you to pay and claim your self. I went for wisdom tooth removal she told me my previous dentist have claimed that my right side is already removed so she cant put claim thru and i must pay uofront if i wanted wisdom tooth removed while i was lying in bed with 3 injec... read more
I had my first visit to Crescent Dental, and it was a great experience! The Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the receptionist, Aswan, who was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere was comfortable, and I felt I was in good hands. I look forward to being a regular customer if they continue to excel in their services!
This place is horrible! They ripped out my wisdom tooth and never gave me any medication afterwards! They were threatening me if i didnt get an extraction here i would have to do it at another clinic for 10000 dollars! And another time i came to this clinic for cleaning they scratched my teeth and the pain was unbearable! This place is a scam!!!
