Have been coming here almost a year and as someone one who really has never liked the dentist and has lots of anxiety around it with a long history of unfavorable dentists and situations — I am so thankful for Dr. Ghai. Her demeanor is very relaxed which helps. She is always very informative, explains things well and gives options. I also feel as though they are very honest which is appreciated. The front desk staff is pleasurable and it is always easy to schedule with them as well.

Do NOT go here under any circumstances! I worked at Crescent Dental for only 3 weeks, and in that short time I saw enough to know this place is a nightmare. They had a serious rat problem! Every morning there were rat droppings all over the counters, equipment, and supplies! It took them over a week to deal with it, and staff did very little to address it or clean properly. I found Cresent Dental because they work with his supplemental Medicare insurance. I was a little skeptical at first with the location. Its tucked away in the strip mall and their front dest is tiny. Please do not let that deter you!!!! The level of customer service and standard of care is top knotch!! You feel like you are part of the family.
