I placed an application in and was put on a waiting list. I’m currently living with a friend who lives in an apartment building that has an elevator but management doesn’t want to fix. On the fourth floor of this building and I’m disabled. Need to leave but everywhere has a waiting list. Hopefully this changes soon rather than later.
