Poor management services. Only thing good is the maintenance folks that work there. Do t get lured by their water front or luxury claims. Stay away from this if possible.
Office staff is not only incompetent, but also very rude. They're not very good at keeping track of their records nor providing customer service, and when you call to fix the issue, they give you attitude. I've had instances where they've lost paperwork for add-ons and lease renewal. Instead of fixing their mistakes and providing a comparable alternative, they would not honor the previous price and tried to increase the rates on me. I just moved out and just got the final bill. What a joke this place is. Everytime I call to speak with the assistant manager or the manager they are NEVER there!! I called once told me manager was not there. Hung up, called 2 mins later the manager picks the phone up. Now that we finally moved out after 10 yrs they want to charge us over 900 in fees. Let me remind them that we lived on a 3rd floor where the ceiling collapse due to their negligence. Had to wait 3 months to move out due to mold. Finally able to move out of th... read more
This place is a nightmare, they charge you for everything, they don't clean the surroundings. We lived there for several years. Our ceiling fell in and damaged all of our belongings due to poor maintenance. Then they charged us to replace the carpets that were damaged because of them. After that, they have the nerve to charge us for the carpets again when we left. Over $900 twice. I do not recommend this place at all. The office employees are terrible.
Year in review: My first review was 5 stars, and I'm removing one not because of the service, but because of the age of the property. It's older, and within the past year, I had 3 major work orders due to roof leaks, my wall leaking streams of water after severe storms, and having to repaint and repair the ceiling and said wall.
