I have lived here for 3 years. It has been a great experience! Maintenance has responded quickly for issues. Tammy has been great in the office as well as Kris who returned. I love the laminate floors and the yearly no charge cleaning of my bedroom carpet. Yes they have a lot of rules, but that's what makes it a great place to live! There are no abandoned vehicles, so parking is great, and we have no homeless problems even though they are nearby. The neighbors are great.
