This is a terrible place to deal with, have tried to get a doctors appointment, no one answers the phones. It's as if they just all set thier phones to take voice mails and walk away. Call and call, all you get is a pretty recorded message telling you to call 911. I chose every available extention including billing and no one answered finally got someone in dental to answer and all they did was send me back to voice mail With the exscuse that they are too busy.
