It's been one week since I walked into the St. Charles St. location and switched from a pack a day habit to a vape. Transition has been seamless. I've had three cigarettes since, more for curiosity than a burning itch. Friendly, knowledgeable without being pretentious, definitely recommend. Best money I've spent in years.

these guys know how to take care of a customer! they have the best selection of popular brands, and are always knowledgeable, friendly, and are in no way condescending. the 40 watt temp control battery i purchased was defective, and they replaced it, no questions asked! if youre looking to foray into the world of vaping, this is the place to go.

First love the knowledge and customer service and only being a month into cig free I learned a lot here ..Wayne was patient with me and throughly helped me find what I needed in my life and after one visit two days later came back with a friend to get her stocked up..joined the Juice Club and well worth it ..awesome vape store!
Super friendly and cool people. Came in from out of state on vacation and I think I just found my store. Can't recommend this place enough! Great tasting bar, rebuilding station, and knowledgeable staff.
Great Atmosphere. Make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Best Liquid in the City no doubt.
