Just get your stuff online. When they actually have things in stock i guess they are a good store. Asked the attendant where the other location is that has it in stock and he says “just look it up”. Cool thanks.

RecommendedI had an excellent shopping experience. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. the store was clean and not over cluttered. Try the mandarin lime flavor if you get the drops.

So I come here all the time (St. Charles location), and there a couple really nice people who work here. Once a girl gave me a little judgmental attitude when asking about smaller pens disposables/refillable. I let it go, I hear you, you’ve been vaping a ‘long time’. But my real gripe is there’s a young dark haired kid who intentionally hustles in, is rude to me when I arrive 5 or 10 minutes early. Today. Tried to return a faulty tank that they recommended after asking for advice on what to get. The coil was getting flooded on the first use and burned my lip. They wouldn't return it and at best offiered a smal discount on a new one. One time purchase> continued business? I was really hoping for some insight since I'm new to vaping and was kind of shocked that they didn't really have much for me. Left disappointed and unsatisfied. GREAT JUICES GREAT PRICES Great knowledge in employees
Out of all the vape shops in the city, this one has the best customer service BY FAR. I am always treated with respect, even if I have a 1000 questions. They are absolutely committed to quality. They are more than willing to spend as much time as it takes to solve problems, or help select and setup a new device. I haven't come across a single employee that isn't very knowledgeable about everything they sell. I love this store.
