Very poor service. Never answer phone, was told they cannot return calls BC they have no long distance phone service for nonlocal numbers, ummm aren't most people in need of storage non-local? Have tried to call for several days to end service, nothing but a busy signal. Gates are nonoperational so units are open all night to theft...
Place is infested with mice and rats!
