We also had a great experience with Pulte in the Crescent Bluff community. Thanks in no small part to our property manager Dave, he was helpful and has been constant source of guidance while we navigate our new home.
We had a great experience with Pulte (Crescent Bluff). From the first meeting to the closing table we felt taken care of. Our sales rep Connor was great and responsive throughout the build of our home. David, the construction manager was awesome, too. He answered all of our construction questions and corrected minor issues without any follow-up. We couldn't have asked for a better construction manager!! We love our new home and are thankful we went with Pulte!

We recently had a very disappointing experience. During the sales process, we were explicitly told by the salesperson that the house we were purchasing would have a level backyard and no stairs. This was a critical point for us, and it was the primary reason we decided to move forward with the purchase. However, after committing to the purchase and paying a $15,000 deposit, we discovered that the house would actually have 12 to 15 stairs leading to the backyard something completely different from what was promised. We bought the home in this community. Houses are beautiful and has great views. I had a good buying experience from Pulte and would recommend this community to others.
