I WAS A RESIDENT IN CRESCENT BLUFFS FOR 12 YEARS. MRS. DEBRA WAS THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGER, SHE CARED FOR THE RESIDENTS SAFETY AS WELL AS THE PROPERTY. AFTER MRS. DEBRA LEFT THE PROPERTY WENT DOWNHILL. I LEFT JAN. OF 2024. THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN, TOOK THEM ALMOST A YEAR TO GET IT FIXED AND ITS BACK BROKEN. EVERYBODY AND THEIR FRIENDS HAVE THE CODE TO GET IN THE GATE. ITS DARK, MANAGEMENT WOULDNT CALL MLGW TO EVEN FIX THE BROKEN LIGHTS.
