I have had my car since Oct 2015 and if my payment is just one day late they start calling me. I told them that according to their payment book I had until the 14th of the month to make the payment before being considered late. The individual told me that I was wrong if the payment was not received by the 3rd when the payment is due, then technically I am late, I then asked her if she was charging me late fees after the 3rd and she answered no, then I told her, then TECHNICALLY, I don't have a late payment. Last year I received an offer from Crescent Bank on a vehicle at Heritage Auto in Longview, Texas. I wasn't ready in September but I would very much appreciate that offer now. Matter of fact I wrote Crescent Bank about that offer three weeks ago. I have gotten know return answer from that letter as of yet. I have read several of the reviews and I can agree with you most of them. I purchased a vechicle in August of 2011 and I was paying my car note to a different company the entire time I had the car. I fell on hard times and it became to much for me to handle at 500 per month so I asked them to pick the car up. It took them 30-45 days to pick up the car and after 30-45 more days I started receiving phone calls from Crescent Bank and Trust. Please never ever use this bank. Even if you have to walk please walk. This bank will rip you off and steal your money. Their goal is to never let you pay off your car. I bought my car in May of 2012. I paid 12,000 down. I lost all that money with this bank. The payoff stayed the same for almost two years. The managers are the rudest in the business. Um then don't get into a car payment you can't afford! You had to go with Crescent Bank why???? Because you have bad credit! Why? Because you always are late with all your creditors and now you are doing the same thing to this bank! Typical. Face it honey. You don't pay your bills. As far as customer service is concerned they have none. As for the comment on paying on time and signing a contract... Before you judge someone for not paying on time maybe consider sometimes bad things happen to people and as a result they can't pay. But no matter the reason no one should be treated with disrespect and the person who called me was literally screaming at me her name was "mrs. If you don't like paying your bills...don't sign a loan I've had this bank since 2012. This is the first car I've owned. I wasn't the smartest early 20 something year old and that was a time where credit card companies were handing out instant approvals on high school/college campus! So my credit is not the greatest. Horrible Horrible! Everything and everyone that has anything to do with this place are the worst! From service, to the nasty talking, illiterate speaking, rude, dishonest, threatening, and uneducated service rep's they have! I have NEVER and will NEVER deal with this place again. I agree wholeheartedly, this place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Better yet, I think we need to band together and file a Class Action Law Suit against the place!

Stay away from this terrible ma and pa style bank with their bush league tactics. They wont even give you your payoff unless you answer 21 questions and that you are current on your payment. Trading in the vehicle and getting a new vehicle and a new bank to deal with. Having a party to celebrate. What kind of BBB let this place stay in business. So one please shut them down.
